摘要 PURPOSE:To mold a molded form by one step by introducing compressed air to a central nonwoven fabric layer when a nonwoven fabric molding material of five layers is heated and compression molded by male and female molds, and compression molding a monocoquelike reinforcing rib having high rigidity through a film. CONSTITUTION:A hot press molding nonwoven fabric molding material 11 containing thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber as a main body is formed of five layers of a nonwoven fabric base material 12, a thermoplastic synthetic resin film 13, a nonwoven fabric base material 14, a thermoplastic synthetic resin film 15 and a nonwoven fabric base material 16. When it is heated and compression molded by an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 3, compressed air is introduced into the central material 14 by a pneumatic conveying tube 17. Thus, a part 5 having a narrow mold gap becomes a structure haling a high density as it is, and a part 6 having a wide mold gap becomes at a center a state near a cavity, both the surfaces of the nonwoven fabrics are pneumatically compression molded through the films 13, 15, and a monocoquelike ribbed cavity 19 having high rigidity is molded.
