In a hazardous-substance store, the invention is characterised by a plurality of monolithic reinforced-concrete unitised units (2-4) which are closed on a number of sides and form a stack (10) in which the vertical wall panels are in alignment and are mounted, such that they cannot be displaced, on the respectively bottom unitised unit and the unitised unit thereabove (3, 4), the missing monolithic unitised-unit bases being replaced by steel troughs which are introduced from the front in each case through an opening left by a missing unitised-unit end wall, and all the openings of the stack being closed by a door which is common to all the unitised units (Fig. 2). <IMAGE>
