SUBSTANCE: locking valve according to variants 1, 2 of invention includes housing with inlet and outlet unions; spindle joined with pusher; ball-like locking member engaging with pusher and with working surface of inlet union; flywheel. Cavity of inlet union at side of ball-like locking member is in the form of truncated cone. Valve according to variant 1 of invention has spring-loaded sleeve mounted on pusher with possibility of motion relative to its axis. Ball-like locking member is placed inside said sleeve. In variant 2 of invention valve is provided with sleeve made of elastic material and mounted on pusher with possibility of motion relative to its axis. Ball-like locking member is placed inside said sleeve. EFFECT: enhanced operational characteristics, increased useful life period of locking valves. 2 cl, 2 dwg
