<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a generator with high efficiency by using a wide region of the number of revolutions. SOLUTION: This generator converts a direct current outputted from a converter constituted of semiconductor rectifying elements for rectifying an output of a magnet generator into an AC. A thyristor drive part 9 controls the electrical continuity of the thyristor, in order to control and output voltage of the converter 3 to be an aimed value, which is set to have a positive characteristic with respect to the number of revolutions of the generator. The aimed value is set low in a region where the number of revolutions is low, and set to be high in a region where the number of revolutions is high. In the magnet generator in which a generated voltage increases almost in proportion to the number of revolutions, the aimed value can be set as the lower number of revolutions, and an operation is enabled without decreasing efficiency in the range where the number of revolutions is high.</p> |
