Adapted milk, aimed especially for nursing is made on the base of animal milk, water, vegetable oils, maltodextrines, whilst it is fortificated by preparations on the base of vitamins, mineral substances, including trace elements, eventually amino acids, which enables to optimally receive and use the nutrition by infants. For immature and hypotrophic infants is designated an adapted milk with addition of the mixture of essential, semi-essential and assisting L-forms of amino acids. Adapted milk is made by UHT technology and asseptically packed. It can be also dried by some of the known methods, whilst it is recommended to prepare dried milk with re-distilled water or with water provided by the producer of milk.
