The invention relates to an apparatus for the quantified filling of liquids into containers, having at least one volumetric metering chamber which is connected to a supply container for the liquid via a controllable inlet valve and to a filling connection stub via a controllable outlet valve. In the case of said apparatus, there is arranged, in the metering chamber, at least one sensor with an elongate measuring zone which generates a measuring signal dependent on the filling level. This achieves simple adjustability of the switching points for the inlet valve and/or the outlet valve and, consequently, of the metering volume.
