PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency signal switching circuit, capable of reducing signal-transmission loss and expensive circuits and inhibiting a high-frequency signal distortions by making the off-bias values of diodes 22 and 23 deep. SOLUTION: The high-frequency signal switching circuit has a first high-frequency signal path 2, containing a first diode 12 connected in series with the input side of an amplification stage 21 and the second diode 23 connected in series with the output side of the amplification stage 21 , a second high-frequency signal path 3 composed of the third diode 31 connected in parallel with the first high-frequency signal path 2, and a switching-voltage supply section 8 switching the operating state of the amplification stage 21 and the conductive states of the first or the third diodes 22 , 23 and 31 . The amplification stage 21 is brought into operating state, the first or the second diodes 22 and 23 are on and the third diode 31 is off, and a high-frequency signal is transmitted to the high-frequency signal path 2 when the first polarity of the switching voltage of the switching-voltage supply section 8, and is brought into a non-operating state, the first or the second diodes 22 and 23 are off and the third diode 31 is on, and the high-frequency signal is transmitted to the second high-frequency signal path 3 when the second polarity of the switching voltage of the switching-voltage supply section.
