The object of the present invention is an intravaginal delivery system comprising a flexible support means, and a delivery means carried by the support means and containing active agent. The system is characterized in that the support means (1) consists of a core member (1') substantially in the form of an open ring, and the delivery means consists of at least one sleeve-like polymer body (2) which encircles the core member in a beltwise manner along a part of the length of the core member.
