LIQUID-CRYSTALLINE AQUEOUS SURFACTANT PREPARATION

The invention concerns aqueous surfactant preparations containing 0.5 to 30 % by wt. of an alkyl and/or alkenyl glycoside of the formula R<1>-OGn in which R<1> is an alkyl or alkenyl group with 8 to 22 C-atoms, G is a glycose unit and n is a number between 1 and 10. The aim of the invention is to improve the ease of use and the stability, in particular the stability on storage, by incorporating undissolved finely particulate solids in the preparation. This is done essentially by the use of liquid-crystalline surfactant systems which are lyotropic at 25 DEG C and contain, in addition to compounds of the formula R<1>OGn, 0.05 to 12 % by wt. of an alcohol of the formula R2-OH, in which R2 is an alkyl or alkenyl group with 6 to 20 C-atoms and up to 3 C-C double bonds, and up to 30 % by wt. of a synthetic anionic surfactant of the suphate and/or sulphonate type, the balance being water.
