The surface layer of the burner comprises woven or otherwise bound metal netting (1, 2, 3, 4). Several such nets are laid against one another and joined together at their edges outside the combustion surface. The outermost net (1) is pref. produced from an alloy with 3-8 wt.% aluminium, 12-30 wt.% chrome and the rest mainly iron. |
