The said bag is formed from small strips of 2 to 4 millimetres width and interwoven like a jute bag. The weaving must not be very tight in order to allow the product in the liquid state to pass through the meshes whilst retaining the product in the solid state inside the said bag. The small strips constituting the bag are made of thin retractable plastic material which is found commercially in the form of rolls of film in various widths and in various brands. This retractable bag which is intended for the retrieval of beeswax in the beekeeping field can have other applications (pharmaceutical, domestic) provided that it is made of food-quality material. Example: the separation of pips from pulp in the making of redcurrant jelly. <IMAGE>
