PURPOSE:To provide technique for surely fixing a lead frame. CONSTITUTION:This frame pressing equipment clamps a frame 1 by using a heater block 5 and a frame pressing jig 6, when wire bonding is performed to an inner lead part of the frame 1. Each of the heater block 5 and the frame pressing jig 6 is equipped with an electromagnet or the like, which is excited by using a magnetic force generating unit 7, at the time of frame clamping. |
