<p>A tamper-evident cap (26) is formed with a central sleeve (28). The bottom of the sleeve is closed off by a removable plug (46). The exterior of the closure is formed with a bead (58). The water dispenser is formed with an adaptor consisting of an open bottom outer sleeve (60) into which the neck of the container with the closure in place thereon fits. Centrally disposed in the outer sleeve is a dispenser tube (62) which enters the cap sleeve (28) causing the plug (46) to slide out of the tube so that the liquid in the container flows out through the dispenser tube into the dispenser. When the container is removed the plug re-attaches to seal the container as it is removed. The exterior skirt of the plug and the interior wall of the sleeve are seamless.</p> |
