PURPOSE:To enhance no load Q, dielectric constant, and a temperature coefficient of resonance frequency by including mainly BaO and TiO2, and substituting a part of TiO2 with at least one kind of ZrO2, HfO2 and SnO2. CONSTITUTION:BaCO3, TiO2, ZrO2, HfO2, SnO2, MnCO3, Sb2O3, La2O3 and a solvent are mixed in a wet method. After removal of the solvent, the composition is pulverized, followed by calcination at 900-1100 deg.C in the atmosphere of oxygen-containing gas and pulverizing. An organic binder is added into the pulverized material, followed by drying and pulverizing, to be molded under pressure of 100-1000kg/cm<2>. The mold is baked at 1250-1420 deg.C in the atmosphere of oxygen-containing gas, thereby obtaining a dielectric porcelain composition expressed by a formula: xBaO-y[(1-z)TiO2.zM]-aMnbOSb2O3-cLa2O3, wherein M represents ZrO2, Hf2O, or SnO2; 0.1818<=x<=0.2; 0.8<=y<=0.88182; 0<z<=0.1; x+y=1; 0<a<=5; 0<b<=5; and 0<c<=5, wherein (a), (b) and (c) represent % by weight. |
