Substituted zircona-aza-alkenes obtainable by reacting butadienylzirconocene with polymers containing nitrile groups or mixtures of polymers containing nitrile groups with nitriles of the general formula R<1>-CN (I), NC-R<1>-CN (II) or <IMAGE> where R<1> is a C1- to C5-alkyl-C6- to C18-aryl radical, a C6- to C18 -aryl radical, a C4- to C20-heterocyclic system or a C2- to C10-alkynyl group and R2 is a C2- to C20-alkenyl or cycloalkenyl radical, where these systems, groups or radicals may each be substituted by C1- to C10-alkyl groups, C1- to C10-alkoxy groups, phenyl, NO2, Cl, Br, F or CF3.
