PURPOSE:To provide a waste bottles classifying apparatus which can carry out classification of the diameter sizes of wastes of mainly waste bottles in municipal garbage and color classification of the waste bottles with each diameter completely automatically and which can surely carry out color classification. CONSTITUTION:Garbage of mainly waste bottles which is supplied to a reverser 2 is led to a bag tearing apparatus 3 to tear, for example, bags which wrap the waste bottles and the waste bottles themselves are supplied to plastic bottle classifying apparatus 4 and there waste bottles from which plastic bottles with relatively small specific gravity are removed are supplied to a belt conveyer apparatus 5. In the apparatus, after ferrous garbage, nonferrous garbage, and earth and sand are successively classified in an ferrous metal separating part 5A, a nonferrous metal separating part 5B, an earth and sand separating part 5C, and a diameter size classifying part 5D from the upper stream side from garbage consisting of mainly waste bottles, large diameter bottles, middle diameter bottles, and small diameter bottles are classified and these bottles are supplied to color classifying apparatuses 9, 10 by a row of the bottles by an arranging apparatus 6 or a vibration part feeder 7 and colors of the waste bottles are classified for every diameter into colorless bottles and colored bottles by separating systems 110A, 110B. |
