PURPOSE: To increase psychological stimulation for use of a home trainer even when time is extended. CONSTITUTION: It relates to a stationary bicycle type home trainer equipped with a microprocessor, device to collect the motions of an exercising person and a sensor which detects a physical condition dependent on the time during and after an exercise. The sensor 15 connected to the microprocessor μC is equipped in order to measure an electrical resistance on the skin surface and the microprocessor μC starts sound and/or optic indicators 17 and 18 depending upon the signal received from the sensor 15. |
