PURPOSE:To obtain a method for treatment in which the equipment can be miniaturized; the cost thereof can be reduced and a natural fruit juice, etc., are obtained without adversely affecting the quality of a liquid to be treated. CONSTITUTION:A liquid to be treated, as necessary, is heated to a prescribed temperature and a high pressure is applied thereto. The resultant pressurized liquid is then injected into a high-pressure vessel and treated under a high pressure. The treated liquid is further delivered from the high-pressure vessel, passed through an orifice nozzle and decompressed and a part of the decompressed treated liquid is simultaneously further returned to an outlet part of the orifice nozzle, directly mixed in the treated liquid jetted from the orifice nozzle and then cooled. |
