PURPOSE:To provide an unit type building with outer staircase and outer corridor which can be transported without infringing a transportation limit, minimized in field work, and easily assembled. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of first floor building units 2 and second floor building units 3 are combined together into a flat U-shaped form to build an unit type building 1. The part enclosed by the U-shaped part forms an open space 6, and an outer staircase unit 10 for second-floor dwelling is set in its inner part with a space with a building unit 2B. In this space, an outer corridor panel 30 is laid between the outer staircase unit 10 and a building unit 2A. The unit 10 and the panel 30 can be transported without infringing a transportation limit by their divided transportation, because they are independent units, and the mounting is also facilitated since the panel 30 can be sufficiently placed after the unit 10 is mounted. |
