FAST-CURING FLUIDIZED THREADED SOIL AND RAPID CONSTRUCTION OF ROADBED/ROAD BODY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide fast-curing fluidized treated soil obtaining sufficient strength within a short time without generating material separation by a casting construction method and to rapidly construct a roadbed/road body using the same. CONSTITUTION:Fast-curing fluidized treated soil contains muddy water and a solidifying material and is characterized in that a P funnel flow-down time (1) is 20 sec or less, a bleeding ratio (2) after 24 hr is below 1%, an expansion ad contraction ratio (3) 28 day after preparation is within + or -0.1%, Yamanaka type soil hardness meter penetration quantity (4) 45 after casting is 3mm or more and uniaxial compression strength is 0.05kgf/cm<2> or more after 45min, 1.5kgf/cm<2> or more after 4 hr and 1.5-8.5kgf/cm<2> after 28 day. This soil is cast and cured to rapidly construct a roadbed/road body.
