PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of a porous body having a higher function and a higher performance by particularly adding additives and making the pore size of the porous body substantially smaller in the manufacture of a porous body. CONSTITUTION:In a porous body having a predetermined pore size and porosity and using a thermoplastic resin 1, the thermoplastic resin 1 of a base material is mixed with one or plural kinds of additives 3, 5 having the melting point higher than that of the base material, and the base material and the additives are then melted and injected. After injection, the pore size and porosity of the porous body are adjusted by the particle sizes of the additives 3, 5. Or, in a porous body having a predetermined pore size and porosity and using a thermoplastic resin 1, the termoplastic resin 1 of a base material is mixed with one or plural kinds of additives 3, 5 having the melting point higher than that of the base material, and the base material and the additives are then melted and injected into a cavity of a mold. After injection, they are compression-molded, and the pore size and porosity of the porous body are adjusted by the particle sizes of the additives and by compression molding. |
