PURPOSE:To easily process a molding terminal part at the end part of a molding body part with beautiful appearance by providing a flange bending process cutting off the cutting-off flange of the molding terminal part in a terminal pressing part and inwardly bending both side parts of a molding material to form the molding body part having a rear surface flange. CONSTITUTION:A long material having an almost U-shaped cross section is cut from a flat strip like plate material so as to have a dimension longer than a molding body part 2 by a specified length to form a molding material 11. The part 12 extended from the end part of the part corresponding to the molding body part 2 of the molding material 11 is pressed to form a molding terminal part 4. The cutting-off flange 13 produced at the peripheral edge of the molding terminal part 4 in a terminal pressing process is cut off. Subsequently, both side parts of the molding material 11 are inwardly bent to form a molding body part 2 having a rear surface flange 3. |
