HIGH SPEED REVOLUTION BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide a high speed revolution body preventing deformation and breakage of the revolution body and restraining dimensional change due to temperature change. CONSTITUTION:A high speed revolution body constituted of a metal core body and fiber reinforced resin reinforcing ring with carbonic fiber or aramid fiber as reinforcing fiber is provided by processing a high speed revolution body constituted so that internal shrinkage stress of a reinforcing ring at room temperature becomes larger than centrifual force by way of cooling and shrinking the core body the outer diameter of which is larger than the inner diameter of the reinforcing ring at room temperature, after inserting the core body into the reinforcing ring, leaving it at room temperature or winding the reinforcing fiber impregnating room temperature hardenable resin around the core body while giving tensile force to the fiber and hardening the resin at temperature near room temperature.
