PURPOSE:To prevent a water-soluble lubricant to be used for machining from putrefaction by introducing an oxygen-contg. gas into a water-soluble lubricant to generate fine bubbles to increase the contact area between the gas and the lubricant. CONSTITUTION:An oxygen-contg. gas is introduced into a water-soluble lubricant taking advantage of the negative pressure generated on the back surface of a revolving impeller 21 to generate fine bubbles in order to suppress proliferation of anaerobic bacteria, thus accomplishing the prevention of the lubricant from putrefaction. |
