PRODUCTION OF PILLAR-SHAPED BREAD, ITS BAKING MOLD AND FOOD USING PILLAR-SHAPED BREAD

PURPOSE:To obtain pillar-shaped bread having fineness and elasticity, a food by thinly slicing the bread and rolling an ingredient with the sliced bread and a mold for baking the bread. CONSTITUTION:An ordinary bread dough material is mixed with a proper amount of a W/O/W type emulsion composition or its powder product and bread dough is prepared by a conventional method. The bread dough is fermented and put in a cylindrical baking mold. A cover is placed on the mold and the bread dough is roasted in a given way to produce pillar-shaped bread. A mouth part of a bottomed cylindrical material made of a metal is detachably engaged and sealed with a cover made of a metal to give a pillar-shaped bread baking mold. The pillar-shaped bread is thinly sliced and an ingredient is wound with the sliced piece to give a food using the pillar-shaped bread.
