PURPOSE:To obtain a fried egg lifting device for skillfully lifting the heat-solidified lower layer parts of eggs and allowing the upper layer parts, which are in as-beaten state because of hard heat-transfer, to flow down and to provide a frying method for middle layer parts in multilayer fried eggs. CONSTITUTION:The lower ends of claw members 10 of this fried egg lifting devices A are fed through bent-up guide pins 30, bent to overlap with lower horizontal parts 22 of guide members 20. The tips of the bent parts are almost horizontal but slightly bending downwards and project from the guide members 20. Beaten eggs are placed in frying vessels P1, P2 and heated. When the lower halves are solidified by heating, the fried egg lifting devices A are lowered and the lower ends of the claw members 10 are extended under the lower surface of the eggs in frying. The all fried egg lifting devices A are lifted up while retaining this posture. The heat-solidified lower layer parts of the eggs in frying are lifted by the cooperation of all claw members 10 and the upper layer parts, which are still liquid in as-beaten egg state because of hard heat-transfer, are allowed to flow down. The lower parts 11 of the claw members 10 are withdrawn and the fried egg lifting devices A are returned to the elevated position. |
