PURPOSE:To suppress the transient response of a wall filter. CONSTITUTION:A switch means is furnished inside of a wall filter 20, and a switch control means 30 turns off the switch until the data till the first m'th data piece to perform the filtering is fed, and turns on the switch while the data after the m+1'th data piece is fed, and thereby the transient response of the wall filter 20 is suppressed to possible minimum, and it is possible to presume the blood stream speed accurately.
