PURPOSE:To provide the subject lightweight and, low hygroscopic product efficiently cutting the rays of light falling within the near-infrared region, easy in processing such as molding or machining, comprising metal salts mainly consisting of a copper salt and a copolymer made up of a specific phosphate group-contg. monomer and a comonomer. CONSTITUTION:The objective product comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin component obtained by copolymerization between (1) a monomer of the formula PO(OH)nR3-n {R is formula I or II [Ph is phenyl; A is (meth)acryloyloxy of the formula CH2=CX-COO (X is H or CH3)]; (n) is 1 or 2} and (2) a monomer copolymerizable with the component 1 (e.g. ethyl acrylate) and (B) pref. 0.1-40 pts.wt. of metal salts mainly consisting of a copper salt (e.g. copper acetate). It is preferable that the weight ratio of the components (1)/(2) be (10:90) to (60:40) and the metallic copper content be 0.1-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. |
