A screen printing intaglio(100) which has high endurance property and in which a DLC coating layer is formed is provided to suppress effectively a life shortening phenomenon of a printing plate according to an middle cleaning work and a printing amount caused when printing is started using a conventional screen printing plate and to improve uniformity of caustic reappearance. A screen printing intaglio(100) which has high endurance property and in which a DLC coating layer is formed contains a screening layer(11) of a network structure, a photosensitivity polymer layer(12) formed in a single-side of a screening layer into a constant pattern, a DLC coating layer(15) formed in the other side of screening layer and a junction layer(14) formed between the screening layer and the DLC coating layer. The DLC coating layer is made of CrC. The junction layer is a Cr layer and a CrC layer.
