A hanger for the construction of a cable using a hanger attachment and detachment device of three shift foldable type and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent a crash accident of an operator and to reduce the operation time. A hanger(100) in which attachment and detachment are available in the electric pole suspension wire with a hanger attachment and detachment device. The intellect hanger is comprised of a dirge ring(110) for accepting and supporting a cable, an u-shaped holder(120) and a twisted holder(140) for attaching and detaching the hanger from a suspension wire, and a cable protective brace(150) for protecting the cable admitted to a supporting ring. The supporting ring comprises an u-shaped cable containing part and a cable insertion part. The u-shaped cable containing part has a bit greater outer diameter than a cable whose lower part is closed does in order to support the cable. A supporting ring bent portion(110b) is placed in the cable insertion part in order to insert the cable into the cable containing part without any damage on the cable. The u-shaped holder is a latching member of the hanger one-side end extended with the supporting ring. The twisted holder is made in order to be attached and detached easily to the supporting wire by bending and twisting toward the vertical axis oblique direction from the termination point of a holder support stand(130). |
