PURPOSE:To efficiently remove an unfixed dye in a short time by soaping a cellulose fiber dyed material dipped and dyed with a reactive dye by using a bath containing a persulfate. CONSTITUTION:Cellulose fibers are dipped and dyed with a reactive dye to give a dyed material, which is previously washed with warm water and water and an unfixed dye and a coloring chemical are removed to a certain degree. The dyed material is washed at 80-98 deg.C by using a soaping bath containing 0.01-2%owf so that a cleaning time is shortened and soaping or cleaning is rationalized to give a clear dyed material having excellent fastness. Influence to environment can be reduced. |
