The invention relates to a liquid levelling device and process for an extracorporal blood circuit chamber (6). The chamber contains liquid in its lower part and air in its upper part. It is connected to means, such as a pump (7), for varying the quantity of air in it. According to the invention, the chamber (6) is fitted with a level sensor (8) whose data are transmitted to a control unit (9) which consequently controls the operation of the pump (7) in order that the level of liquid in the chamber (6) is equal to the desired level. <IMAGE> |
