PURPOSE:To enable to maintain the heat retaining temperature at a suitable level all the time in an apparatus for extracting drink where a drink vessel to keep extracted drink such as coffee, etc., is kept warm by a heat retaining section, by detecting the temperature around the apparatus and controlling the flow of electricity to the heat retaining section according to the detected temperature. CONSTITUTION:A heating section 200 is formed in the lower part of a water storage tank 100 to which water is supplied by means of a water supply pipe 110 and water in the tank 100 is heated by flowing electricity to the heating section 200 and the resulting boiling water is poured by means of a water transfer pipe 130 and a shower 410 into a basket 400 containing ground coffee beans. Thus coffee is extracted and coffee so extracted is kept in a drink vessel 500 which is expected to retain heat by a heat retaining section 600. Here, a temperature detective section 10000 to detect the air temperature and a weight detective section 1100 to detect the volume of stored coffee are installed and their detected signals are inputted into an electric power control section 1200. The flow of electricity to the heat retaining section 600 is controlled according to the change of the air temperature and the stored volume of coffee so as to maintain the suitable heat retaining temperature of coffee. |
