PURPOSE:To provide a mechanical drum brake device, by which a fitting work for a cable can be done simply and the periphery of a fitting part can be designed to be reduced in size. CONSTITUTION:In a mechanical drum brake device, one side 10a of a substantially guide member 10 is inserted in an anchor member 4, a locking part 10b formed in the middle of the guide member 10 is brought into contact with the base 4d of the anchor member 4, one opening end 10a is expanded to clamp the guide member 10 in the anchor member 4, and a cable is installed on the other side of the guide member 10. |
