摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce sliding friction and prevent a scratch by coating the upper surface of a taking-in equipment to stop a hot rolled bar steel through the sliding friction with a special concentration of water soluble lubricant, taking-in the rolled bar steel and stopping it under the state of a lubricating film. CONSTITUTION:In a cooling floor taking-in floar, when a hot rolled bar steel 1 transferred under a hot and yet soft state stops transfer by a sliding friction on the upper surface of a braking plate 2, the surface of the rolled bar steel 1 scrateched. Consequently, the upper surface of the taking-in member 2 is coated with 1-30wt% water soluble lubricant and then water is evaporated at once to form a dry lubricant film to reduce sliding friction and the scratch to the surface of the rolled bar steel can be prevented from occurring without worsening working environments such as taking fire or fuming.
