PRODUCTION OF RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration in mechanical properties of a rigid polyurethane foam produced using water as a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:This production method comprises producing a rigid polyurethane foam from a polyol and a polyisocyanate using an emulsion of a polymer of an ethylenic monomer. Thus, the amount of a chlorofluorocarbon to be used can be reduced and a rigid polyurethane foam having excellent mechanical properties can be produced.
