PURPOSE:To provide a difficult-to-slip tile at a low cost by adding foaming agent, cross linking agent, etc., to a polyethylene system resin and mixing, filling it to a metal mold on which slip-prevention patterns are given, heating under pressure, and then taking it out after reducing pressure while the temperature is still high. CONSTITUTION:Foaming agent and cross linking agent and, as required, foaming assist agent, filling agent, and pigment are added to a resin such as ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., and mixed by a heated mixing roll., etc. Next the composition is filled into a metal mold on which a slip-prevention projected parts 2 are provided, and heated for a specified time while being pressed to decompose the foaming agent and cross linking agent completely, and then a tile 1 on which slip-prevention patterns are given is taken out after pressure is reduced when the temperature is high. The slip-prevention patterns 2 may be given after the tile has been taken out from the metal mold. Thus the foamed tile with slip-prevention patterns can be obtained at a low cost. |
