PURPOSE:To eliminate a circuit for synchronizing with a voltage of an AC power system by controlling an input current of a current type inverter to a full-wave rectified waveform, and using a control transformer in which an input side winding is connected to the AC power system to drive a controller of a switching element. CONSTITUTION:A generated voltage is smoothed by an electrolytic capacitor 11 of a DC/DC converter B, and pulsated by an intermediate speed semiconductor switching element 7. Then, it is controlled to a full-wave rectified waveform by a transformer 6 and a circulating diode 10 for supplying magnetic energy of a current smoothing reactor 12. The current smoothed at a high frequency ripple by the reactor 12 of a current type inverter C flows to a bridge circuit, and a controller 22 is driven by a control transformer 15 connected to an AC power system 21. That is, a low speed semiconductor switching element 13 connected in series with a transmitting voltage blocking diode 14 is switched in response to a polarity inversion of the system 21 to output a waveform synchronized with the system 21. |
