PURPOSE:To realize a spectrum analyzer display which facilitates recognition of the increase/reduction of the signal level even during detection of a signal whose signal level is low as the whole. CONSTITUTION:A display part is provided with a display segment group 21, where rectangular display segments are two-dimensionally arranged, and its display divisions 22 and 23. Respective display segments of the display segment group 21 are arrayed with longer sides trued up in the horizontal direction and with shorter sides trued up in the vertical direction, and display divisions 22 ('Grid1' to 'Grid9') in the horizontal direction are allowed to correspond to respective signal levels, and display divisions 23 ('Segment3' to 'Segment11') in the vertical direction are allowed to correspond to respective display level divisions. The audio signal which passes each band filter is subjected to A/D conversion and has the signal level detected, and display segments arranged in the display part are specified based on the signal level, and display segments corresponding to the range of its frequency band are lit in the horizontal direction, thereby making a user visually recognize the increase/reduction of the signal level in each frequency band. |
