PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a mold for the manufacture of a woodgrained decorative sheet by means of which a woodgrained decorative sheet demonstrating strongly a wood feel and a real wood feel can be inexpensively and easily manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A manuscript 22 wherein an uneven pattern 22a in accordance with a hardness and chem. resistance of the texture is formed on the surface of a natural wood 21 by applying rubbing treatment by means of a metal brush, deterioration treatment by applying one of chemicals such as dilute sulfuric acid and heating treatment by means of a burner, is formed and an original mold 30 wherein the uneven pattern 22a of the manuscript 22 is transferred based on this manuscript 22 is manufactured and a mold for manufacturing woodgrained decorative sheets is manufactured therefrom.
