PURPOSE:To facilitate the successive high speed control of loads in the order of priority by a method wherein a trip signal is outputted to the load having lower priority in accordance with AND of a trip judging signal and a receiving point load parallel off signal. CONSTITUTION:A power is latched from a load 4 having a large fluctuation as a real-time basis and the on/off state signals B1-Bn of a switch are latched from a load 3 having a small fluctuation and the latching results are converted into applicable KW data. As the comparison with a generated KW G is repeatedly performed as a routine work, trip judgement signals 7 are successively updated and outputted. A selective cut-off signal 9 is outputted to the load which satisfies the AND condition of a load parallel off signal 8 and the trip judgement signal 7 from a controller 5. With this constitution, the loads are successively controlled with a high speed within an allowable limit in accordance with the order of priority, i.e., the unimportant load 2, the important load 3 with a small fluctuation and the important load with a large fluctuation. |
