PURPOSE:To facilitate sorting of discharged paper sheets stacked in one and the same location. CONSTITUTION:A control section 4 detects the start or end of paper discharge in any of a facsimile section 1, a printer section 2, and a copy section 3. Even when an engine section 5 discharges the recording paper sheets to one and the same location, the sorting by each image forming function is facilitated by changing the discharge direction of the recording paper sheets depending on each image forming function. |
