METHOD FOR MONITERING CHLORIDE PENETRATION INTO REINFORCED CONCRETE WITH HIGH CONDUCTIVE CEMENT COMPOSITE |
摘要 |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for detecting the penetration of chloride into reinforced concrete using a high-conductive cement composite capable of accurately detecting the penetration of chloride into the concrete and measuring the content of the chloride by using the high-conductive cement composite having properties of which conductance is charged only by a change in moisture containing chloride such as seawater without being influenced by a change in normal moisture. To achieve this, the method for detecting the penetration of chloride into the reinforced concrete using the high-conductive cement composite includes: a step of preparing the high-conductive cement composite wherein conductive materials, cement, and water are mixed at a predetermined mixing rate and metallic electrode plates are inserted and installed in both sides: a step of arranging the high-conductive cement composite at a position adjacent to rebar arranged inside a concrete structure; a step of electrically connecting measuring equipment to the electrode plates inserted and installed in both sides of the high-conductive cement composite; and a step of monitoring a conductive change of the high-conductive cement composite caused by the penetration of chloride into the concrete structure using the measuring equipment. |
