PURPOSE:To obtain a toner stable as a colorless compd., capable of being sufficiently dispersed in a binder resin, which is not deteriorated when produced, capable of being excellently charged by friction and capable of stably forming a high-quality picture by incorporating a specified compd. CONSTITUTION:A compd. shown by formula I is incorporated. In formula I, X is expressed by formula II, and Y is hydrogen atom, alkyls or aryls. In formula II, D is hydrogen atom or an electron donating group, and R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen atom, alkyls, cycloalkyls, alkoxyls, aryls, aralkyls, hydroxyl, amino group, dialkylamino group, diarylamino group, diaralkylamino group, halogen atom, halogen-substituted alkyls, halogen-substituted alkyls, etc., R1 and R2 are not hydrogen atom at the same time, at least one substituent except hydrogen atom is positioned at 2-position, and a ring can be formed with R1 and R2.
