<p>PURPOSE:To judge first time monitoring cell reception and to reduce a hardware scale by providing a first monitoring cell judging memory corresponding to the address of a cell. CONSTITUTION:A monitoring cell(MC) management memory 1 manages the cell of which address a CPU 4 starts/ends monitoring. Then, at the time of setting the address and data in the memory 1, the data are simultaneously written in the same address of the first MC judging memory 5. For an operation for receiving the MC, the address is extraced by a latch part 9, the contents of the memory 1 of the address are read and the contents of the memory 5 of the address are read in the case of starting the monitoring. In this case, since '1' is read from the memory 5, it is latched by a register 6 and '0' is written in the same address of the memory 5 through an inversion circuit 7. Thus, '0' is latched to the register 6 only at the time of the first time MC reception and the first time MC reception can be judged.</p> |
