PURPOSE:To mass-produce resin-bonded magnets, which have excellent powder fluidity, are molded easily and have both magnetic characteristics and mechanical strength, with high productivity. CONSTITUTION:A composition for a resin-bonded magnet contains 100 pts.wt. of magnetic allow powder, 0.01-5 pts.wt. silicon dioxide power, urea group compound or amide group compound, and a binder consisting of two kinds of epoxy resin main agents of an epoxy resin having a polysulfide skeleton in at least a main chain and a bisphenol A type epoxy resin and an aromatic amine epoxy resin curing agent and having kinematic viscosity of 1X10<-3>m<2>/S or less by a Gardner method. The composition is manufactured by mixing magnetic alloy powder, the binder, silicon dioxide powder, etc., and a resin- bonded magnet is obtained by pressure-molding and thermal curing of the composition. |
