The present invention relates to a unit membrane block having a dual membrane structure and a curtain wall system constituting one roof by interconnecting the same unit membrane blocks, and specifically, to the unit membrane block capable of maintaining tension which can maintain constant tension regardless of tension variation due to external environment as to each membrane, and the curtain wall system configured by the same. The unit membrane block to realize the same, in the unit membrane block constituting a dual membrane, includes: a frame part which constitutes a boundary and has a hollow part formed inside; a pair of membranes which are installed at an upper part and a lower part of the frame part, respectively; and a tension control unit which is installed by being fixed to the hollow part of the frame part, and makes the membrane maintain tension by pulling the membrane in an external direction, and senses real-time tension variation as to the membrane.
