The present invention relates to a clad plate, and a method to manufacture the same. The clad plate comprises: a metal core material wherein a plurality of through holes are formed; and a plate material which is in contact with at least one side of the core material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the lightened clad plate which is able to be endured by an external shock; and is able to be welded to be used for an outside plate of a vehicle. |
