<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit information at a high speed by letting a subscriber belonging to a group same with a terminating side callee respond as the proxy when the subscriber of a terminating side can not respond. CONSTITUTION:A control means 2d recognizes the call incoming number of a call incoming terminal 3 when a communication request is received from an originating side terminal 1. Then, a terminal data storage means 2b is accessed and the terminal identifier of the terminal 3 and the group identifier of a belonging group are read and reported to a transmission band management means 2a. The means 2a retrieves a group data table 2c corresponding to the group identifier, reads a transmission band stored along with the terminal identifier, secures the transmission band for connecting the terminals 1 and 3 and transmits the communication request to the terminal 3. At this time, when the terminal 3 is during communication with the other terminal, the means 2a accesses the table 2c again and performs transmission to the other terminal of the group same with the terminal 3. Thus, the delay of information transmission is reduced.</p> |
