<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a noncontact multiprobe having simple structure, in which multiple probe electrodes having profile similar to that of a pixel electrode are formed at the pitch of the pixel electrode, easily at low price. CONSTITUTION:The noncontact multiprobe comprises a first dielectric sheet 1 applied with a copper foil 1a on one side thereof, a plurality of probe electrodes 2 disposed on the side of the first dielectric sheet 1 not applied with copper foil at the pitch of pixels arranged in matrix on a board under test with one ends thereof being aligned with the end face of the dielectric sheet 1 while the other ends being provided with connectors, a plurality of ground electrodes 3 formed between respective probe electrodes 2 while surrounding the probe electrode 2 from the opposite sides, and a second dielectric sheet 5 applied with a copper foil 5a only on one side thereof and laminated on the first dielectric sheet 1 while sandwiching the probe electrode 2 and the ground electrode 3 with the copper foil 5a directing outward, wherein the probe electrodes 2 and the ground electrodes 3 are exposed at the ends thereof thus providing a detecting part 6.</p> |
